Wow Guild Bank
From OiWiki
The guild bank is very useful for all members to access, deposit, and with officer permission withdraw items. Please feel free to use the bank! If you're leveling a profession, get some mats you need. Once you craft some items, drop some crafted items into the bank for others to enjoy. It's a community give & take! Everyone benefits. Take a stack of potions, drop a stack of cloth. Take a stack of meat, cook it, and drop the finished items back in. Take a raw gem, cut it - drop it back in. etc... etc... Have extra reputation items, drop them in the bank for others. See a piece of gear your toon can use, ask for it! :)

How to get Items or Loans from the Bank
- Look in the guild bank to make sure the item is there.
- If the item is in the first three tabs and you have the rank of Diciple, you can withdraw the item yourself. All Disciples now can withdraw five items per tab per day.
- If the item is located in the bottom three tabs, contact an officer - in game or via mail -- for fastest action contact an officer directly in game. He or she will retrieve it for you at his/her earliest convenience and either have you meet them somewhere or send the item via mail.
- To get a loan or cash withdrawal - you must post on the Guild Bank thread requesting your amount. Please be sure to also indicate how quickly you intend to pay back the loan and if in installments, how frequent and what sum each installment will be.
Raid BoE Items
If a BoE drops in a raid and no member of the raid can currently use it (including back-up), it will be up to the raid leader's discretion to allow raid members to roll for alt toons or to put directly in the bank. If the item is deposited into the bank, the raid BoE item will be placed on the last tab of the guild bank and will not be distributed before it has been in the bank for 7 calendar days. This is to allow everyone to get the chance to make a request for the item. Any member seeking to obtain any BoE Epic that is of the same item level tier as current endgame content and of significant value, the member must post an official request for the item on the guild website Guild Bank thread.
If more than one person posts a request for the item there will be a "roll off" conducted by the officer core at a designated date and time. The priority will be as follows: MS (Main spec)roll; OS (Off spec)roll. Characters that are have signed the 25man raid contract will be given preference over alts and other players. For example: We want to ensure that the item will be put to the best use and not be given to a fresh level 85, a rarely played alt, or for a toons occasionally played dual or "off-spec".
There will not be open rolls. If MS or OS is in question the spec that has the higher gear score on wowheroes will be determined the main spec for the character. Crafting items:Those requesting a crafting pattern will need to show they have leveled the skill necessary to use the pattern before they will be allowed to roll.
All BoE gear awarded this way will be required to be immediately equipped or learned and the equipment shown on the character or the skill linked to demonstrate this.
